In 1985, as a graduate student at BYU, one of the mini-theses that I wrote documented that often historical events are the driver of public policy.
It appears that notwithstanding P0TUS' desire to keep our boots-on-the-ground off the ground in Iraq and Syria, modern events is forcing our boots-on-the-ground to return in a big way to Iraq.
It is not about politics. It is about protecting our liberty, our homeland, and the quality of life in western civilization.
May God protect our military and guide the actions of all the leaders who history is now forcing them to make such critical decisions.
